The Process
We will facilitate and guide you through a proven system that will help you step out of your business long enough to work out what needs doing, plan to do it and ensure you get it done – so you make consistent progress toward your outcome and make the changes to your business that need to be made.
The process has 3 steps:

Discovery
The heart of the discovery process is finding opportunity. In fact, dramatic opportunities for improvement are often revealed. Generally, at little or no cost to you, we work on-site to analyze your operations in great detail. Using proven methods, and a series of powerful questions we perform comprehensive studies in areas including work processes, cultural issues, labor utilization and more.
Solution
By the completion of discovery, Solutions 5 will develop a proposal to outline the customized solution for your organization. Additionally, Solutions 5 will provide you with a detailed explanation of the assessment and discovery findings, as well as an outline of what we propose, including a project schedule and time frame for the return on investment.
Implementation
Once we have completed the solutions development, you can choose whether or not to enlist Solutions 5 for business coaching. With the engagement of the business coaching package you’ll attain dramatic results, generally exceeding the ROI by 50% or more, within a clearly defined time frame.
